Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

EBOBO ships to the United States and Canada.

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of $60 or more.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please double-check your billing and shipping address when placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to reroute packages.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the shipping confirmation has been sent.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

EBOBO is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or additional fees applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. This may include customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other charges required by your country or local authorities.
