Refund Options

You may choose to exchange the returned product for another item or receive store credit for future purchases. Store credit will be issued to your EBOBO customer account.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are not available if more than 30 days have passed since the purchase date.
3. Refund Amount
- Eligible refunds include the product price and applicable taxes.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect product).

Return Process

Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected. Once the return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Depending on the payment provider, the refund may appear within 7–14 business days.
